Purpose
Bee Vaults is a neutral documentation and verification hub for digital knowledge products (e-books, manuals, guides, reports). This page explains how a publication can be referenced on Bee Vaults and what information is required for a standard listing.
Bee Vaults is informational only. It does not sell publications and does not process payments.
What can be listed
Bee Vaults can document digital publications such as:
- E-books and manuals
- Guides and reports
- Workbooks and reference documents
- Compilations and structured notes published as a digital product
Listings typically link to an external hosting platform (for example, Gumroad) as the primary source.
What a listing includes
A standard publication page may include:
- Title and edition/version (if applicable)
- Short description of scope
- High-level overview of covered topics
- Intended audience
- Format and language
- Publication date and last updated date (if maintained)
- External source link (publisher/host page)
Information to submit
To request a listing, provide:
- Publication title (exact)
- Author or publisher name (as displayed on the host platform)
- Primary link (e.g., Gumroad product URL)
- Short description (2–6 sentences, factual)
- Contents overview (main sections or themes)
- Format (PDF/EPUB/etc.) and language
- Publication date and latest update date (if applicable)
- Cover image (optional) or a link to the cover
Verification and neutrality
Bee Vaults presents publication information in a registry-style format. Submissions may be lightly edited for clarity and consistency (for example, formatting, dates, and headings).
